Spring 2009 and it is the right time to purchase high end housing in Sydney.  According to the SQM Research, discounts of more than 30% on prestige homes are available with already 6 months or more on the market.  The best time to secure a good deal on a luxury home is now, before buyer confidence increases as the Australian ecconomy lifts.  Interest rates are still low and buyers are keen to take advantage of the rare discounts on offer.
