A Smoothmoves promotion that converts the point margin of the 2026 NSW v QLD rugby league series into a percentage discount on your move. Win or lose, every point in the series turns into savings on any eligible Smoothmoves service.
We take the absolute point margin from each of the three games (the gap between the higher and lower scores), average those margins across the completed games, and round the result up to the nearest whole percentage. That's your discount, capped at 15%.
You still get 5%. The promotion has a 5% floor — that's the minimum no matter what the scores are.
We calculate the average using only the completed games. If no games are completed at all, the 5% floor applies.
Yes. As long as Game III is played and completed, it counts toward the average — whether or not the series result is already locked.
Removals, packing, unpacking, and mobile storage. For mobile storage, the discount applies to labour, delivery and pickup charges — the monthly storage fee itself is excluded. A few other charges are excluded too (GST, fuel levy, parking, tolls, after-hours surcharges, packing materials, third-party costs and a few others) — the full list is in the T&Cs.
Your service date must be between 9 July and 30 August 2026 (inclusive). Your booking — including the 10% deposit — must be completed by 25 August 2026, 23:59 AEST.
Mention "Every Point Counts" when you request your quote or book your move. We'll note the campaign on your booking. Once the series ends, the final discount % is added to your invoice — no code or extra step required from you beyond mentioning it.
No. Every Point Counts can't be combined with other promotional discounts on the same charge, unless we agree in writing. The one exception: a separate Smoothmoves mobile storage promotion (if active) can still apply to your monthly storage fee — which Every Point Counts doesn't cover anyway.
Standard Smoothmoves cancellation and rescheduling terms apply. If you reschedule your service to a date after 30 August 2026, you lose the discount.
