Eligibility & scope • New mobile storage customers only, located within areas serviced by Smoothmoves (i.e., where Smoothmoves provides mobile storage services).• Offer applies per module. Not available for removals-only or non-mobile storage services. Payment & pricing • To qualify, you must prepay 3 months upfront by card via Stripe (AUD, GST applies).• Standard ongoing rate after the initial 3-month period: AUD $180 + GST per module per month.• The promotional free month applies to storage fees only. What’s excluded • All non-storage charges are excluded from the promo and billed separately: pick-up/delivery, loading/unloading, transport/movements, access-handling fees, $50 access fee, insurance, packing services/materials, admin or late fees. Billing periods & proration • Under this promotion, the 3 promotional months are not pro-rated (you must hold storage for the full 3 months to retain the free month).• Outside the promotion, storage can be charged pro-rata based on actual time stored (e.g., 6 weeks = 6 weeks billed) using Smoothmoves’ standard pro-rata method and published rates.• For any pro-rata calculations or reconciliation (including when a promotion is voided), each month is treated as 30 days, regardless of the calendar month length. Storage start date • The storage start date is the delivery date (the day the module is delivered, loaded by our crew, sealed, and transported to our facility). Delivery date and storage start date are the same. Early cancellation / changes during promo • If you cancel before completing 3 months, the promotion is void:o The previously free month is cancelled.o Your account will be reconciled for the actual time stored on a pro-rata basis at the standard rate (AUD $180 + GST per module per full month, converted to Smoothmoves’ standard pro-rata calculation using 30-day months).o You may be charged or refunded any difference after reconciliation.• If you reduce the number of modules within the first 3 months, the promotion is void for the cancelled modules only, and those modules are reconciled as above.• Early access/return is allowed; the $50 access fee applies. If early return results in cancelling before 3 months, the reconciliation rules above apply. Combinations, capacity & timing • Not combinable with any other discount or offer.• The promotion is not stackable on the same module. One promotional free month maximum per module per qualifying prepay period (e.g., a 6-month storage plan does not allow “pay 4 months, get 6 months” on the same module).• Subject to capacity/availability.• Offer valid 15 December 2025 to 15 February 2026 (inclusive) and may be withdrawn at any time.
