Promoter: Smoothmoves Relocations & Storage, a business of Red Door Removals & Storage Pty Ltd, ABN 75 169 563 526, 2/140 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, phone 1300 122 007 (“Smoothmoves”).
1.1 Store with Smoothmoves for a term of three consecutive months, paid in full in advance, and pay for two months only: $396 including GST ($360 plus GST) per storage module. Expressed monthly, that is $120 plus GST per module per month across the three-month term.
1.2 Smoothmoves’ regular storage rate is $198 including GST ($180 plus GST) per module per month. The offer price is the regular rate for two months, with the third month provided at no charge.
1.3 The price applies per storage module (approx. 1.8 m × 2.4 m × 2.6 m, approx. 11 cubic metres). Customers storing in more than one module receive the offer price on each module booked during the offer period.
1.4 The third month is provided on completion of the three-month term. If storage ends before the end of month three, clause 4.4 applies.
2.1 The offer applies to new storage bookings made on or after 19 October 2026, the date it was first published.
2.2 Closing date. The offer closes on 31 March 2027. To qualify, storage must commence (module delivered and storage started) on or before that date. Smoothmoves may also suspend, withdraw or vary the offer earlier, at any time and without notice, in respect of bookings not yet confirmed. A booking already confirmed keeps its offer pricing in full, whatever happens to the offer afterwards. Delivery dates are subject to availability, so book with time to spare.
2.3 The offer is available to new storage customers — customers without an active Smoothmoves storage agreement at the time of booking. Past storage customers whose previous agreement has ended qualify as new storage customers. One offer per customer/household (an offer may cover multiple modules, per clause 1.3).
2.4 The offer applies within Smoothmoves’ storage service area (Sydney’s Northern Beaches and surrounding areas) and is subject to module availability at the time of booking.
2.5 The offer cannot be combined with any other Smoothmoves discount, promotion, credit, voucher or negotiated rate.
3.1 The offer price covers storage rent only, for three months, per module.
3.2 Customers do not load or unload modules themselves. Two services sit outside the offer price and are quoted separately at the rates current at the time of booking:
The offer price also excludes packing services and materials, insurance or protection cover for stored goods, and any charge set out in the storage agreement (for example, late payment fees).
3.3 All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown as “inc GST” are the total price payable. Where a price is shown as “plus GST”, GST is added at the applicable rate.
4.1 Payment. The three-month term is paid in full in advance, per module, at the start of storage: $396 inc GST ($360 + GST). Payment is by credit card or direct debit.
4.2 After the three months. When the paid term ends, storage continues month to month at the regular rate then applicable (currently $198 inc GST / $180 + GST per module per month) unless you tell us otherwise or a new plan is agreed. Your storage agreement’s notice requirements apply.
4.3 Rate. The offer price is fixed for the three-month term.
4.4 Ending storage early — refund. You can end storage at any time, subject to the notice requirements in your storage agreement. The time you actually stored is re-calculated at the regular rate of $198 inc GST ($180 + GST) per module per month, counting any part month as a full month, and the difference between that amount and what you prepaid is refunded to you. If the re-calculated amount equals or exceeds what you prepaid, no refund is payable — and no additional storage rent is charged.
Worked examples (per module, inc GST)
4.5 All other terms of the standard Smoothmoves storage agreement apply. Collection and return charges already incurred are not refundable.
5.1 The regular storage rate of $198 inc GST ($180 + GST) per module per month is Smoothmoves’ genuine ordinary price for this service as at 19 October 2026.
5.2 As set out in clause 2.2, Smoothmoves may suspend, withdraw or vary this offer at any time in respect of bookings not yet confirmed. Bookings already confirmed keep their offer pricing.
5.3 The offer has no cash value and is not transferable.
5.4 Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
