1.1 "Quick Trip" — storage rent of $144 per module per month plus GST for 3 months, a 20% discount off Smoothmoves' regular storage rate of $180 per module per month plus GST. The 3 months are paid in full in advance: $432 plus GST per module. From the start of the 4th month, storage continues month to month at the regular rate applicable under your storage agreement (currently $180 per module per month plus GST).
1.2 "Full Migration" — storage rent of $130 per module per month plus GST, fixed for a 12-month term, a 28% discount off the regular rate of $180 per module per month plus GST. The 12 months are paid in full in advance: $1,560 plus GST per module.
1.3 Both prices apply per storage module (approximately 1.8m × 2.4m × 2.6m, approximately 11 cubic metres). Customers storing in multiple modules receive the offer price on each module booked during the offer period.
2.1 The offers apply to new storage bookings where storage commences — that is, the module is delivered and storage starts — between 3 September 2026 and 30 November 2026 inclusive. Bookings may be made at any time within that window, but the offer pricing applies only if storage commences by 30 November 2026. Delivery dates are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.
2.2 The offers are available to new storage customers — customers without an active Smoothmoves storage agreement at the time of booking. Past storage customers whose previous agreement has ended qualify as new storage customers. One offer per customer or household (a single offer may cover multiple modules, per clause 1.3).
2.3 The offers apply within Smoothmoves' storage service area (Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounding areas) and are subject to module availability at the time of booking.
2.4 Customers must choose one offer at the time of booking. The offers cannot be combined with each other, or with any other discount, promotion, credit or negotiated rate.
3.1 The offer prices cover storage rent only.
3.2 Neither offer includes loading or unloading of the module, or module delivery, collection or re-delivery. Also excluded are packing services and materials, insurance or protection cover for stored goods, and any charges set out in the storage agreement (for example, late payment fees). Loading, unloading and transport are available as optional services, booked and charged separately at the rates current at the time of booking.
3.3 All prices in these terms are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST will be added at the applicable rate.
4.1 Payment. Both offers are paid in full in advance, per module, at the start of storage: Quick Trip $432 plus GST (3 months) and Full Migration $1,560 plus GST (12 months). Payment is by credit card or direct debit.
4.2 After the paid period. When the paid period ends, storage continues month to month at the regular rate then applicable (currently $180 per module per month plus GST) unless a new plan is agreed.
4.3 Rate protection. The Full Migration rate is fixed for the whole 12-month term and will not increase during that period.
4.4 Ending storage early. You may end storage at any time, subject to the notice requirements in your storage agreement. The time you actually stored is re-calculated at the regular rate of $180 per module per month plus GST, counting any part month as a full month, and the difference between that amount and what you prepaid is refunded to you. If the re-calculated amount equals or exceeds what you prepaid, no refund is payable — and no additional storage rent is charged.

4.5 All other terms of the standard Smoothmoves storage agreement apply, including notice requirements. Delivery, collection, loading and unloading charges already incurred are not refundable.
5.1 The regular storage rate of $180 per module per month plus GST is Smoothmoves' genuine ordinary price for this service as at September 2026.
5.2 Smoothmoves may withdraw or vary these offers for future bookings at any time. Bookings already confirmed keep their offer pricing.
5.3 The offers have no cash value and are not transferable.
5.4 Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
