Smoothmoves successfully relocated communication equipment, lT, furniture and extensive quantities filing including the unstacking and restacking of filing with care and order. The success of the project was achieved through Smoothmoves determination to achieve our goal of shutting Allan Hall down in old locations on Friday and have them operational Monday at new location. We have also engaged Smoothmoves to undertake the full vacating and reinstallation of contents of a luxury harbour side apartment for the duration of a major insurance repair project. Our client is based overseas and was not available to remove contents. Smoothmoves document the detail of contents location by photographing all furniture, entertainment equipment, draws, cupboards and embellishments such that it could all be returned to the exact location. Our client could not believe that major works had occurred within their apartment when they visit Australia and found everything as they left it. Smoothmoves recently undertook the relocation of Allan Hall from our previous 3 locations within Dee Why to our newly purchased 1100m2 location within the Lifestyle Working Development Brookvale. Our project manager Totally Managed recommended Smoothmoves from the various proposals sought for the relocation based on professional and obliging approach, flexibility and cost efficiency. Most important to Allan Hall was the minimisation of lost billable hours as a result of the relocation. The smoothness of the relocation resulted in negligible lost time. Security of documentation and computer hardware were also of concern and Smoothmoves were also responsible for the unload and reloading of files within the new filing system. Smoothmoves technicians did an excellent job of maintaining the order of the huge quantity of filing and archives.
